Frequently Asked Questions
What coffee should I buy?
You're right, we have many coffees to choose from! We suggest looking at the brew level (light, medium, dark) and the flavor notes listed on each product page to find a combination of flavors that sound good to you.
Pro Tip: The colors on the bags are a good indication of the flavors. Citrus flavors will be orange and yellow while coffees with prominent berry flavors will be pink or purple.
Why are some coffees only offered as whole bean?
For some of our more expensive coffees, we do offer them only in whole bean varieties to ensure they are as fresh as possible when they arrive at your door.
Grinding these coffees yourself also allows you to set the grind level to one that is best for the brew method you are using.
Do you add any additives or oils to your coffee?
No! We take pride in making sure all our coffees are all-natural and do not have any additives or oils.
What is small batch coffee roasting?
Small batch roasting is the process of roasting only small amounts of coffee at a time.
This ensures the coffee you are getting is as fresh as possible and benefits from being roasted for an ideal length of time, locking in flavors you won't taste with grocery store coffee.
